This paper was a part of Georgetown Institute for Women's Peace and Security Occasional Paper Series: Women’s Economic Participation in Conflict-Affected and Fragile Settings, January 2016, and sheds light on how Syrian women cope with the instability that has engulfed their daily lives as a result of the Syrian civil war.
